Yoga with Hannah

Hannah Arnett, (based in Bristol, UK) welcomes you to discover the transformative benefits of yoga through both movement and stillness. By emphasising breath and awareness, she cultivates a supportive environment for individuals to explore their own embodied wisdom through yoga. Her classes and courses combine gentle and strong vinyasa flows to guide deep relaxation, strength, and enhanced mobility. Hannah brings her background as a researcher in environmental psychology (exploring place, nature and wellbeing) to enrich a shared journey of self-discovery and mindfulness.

'Alta' in Latin translates to mean ‘high', 'deep-rooted', 'profound'; a human state we can experience, when we can be.
Studio altaa is an endeavour to co-create environments for inner and outer worlds for wellbeing, as we are, where we are.

I give gratitude to the many teachers I have learnt and learn with - thank you. I honour the roots of yoga as an ancient practice, and take responsibility to practice authentically; celebrating inclusivity, diversity and respect for the knowledge and wisdom of ancient and traditional teachings to harness their goodness.
