An Introduction to Yoga

This "Introduction to Yoga" course is a 5-session programme designed to help you feel confident in your yoga practice. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your understanding, in a supportive environment, we explore the benefits of yoga for your overall wellbeing and build a strong foundation so you can discover how yoga can support your life on and off the mat.

 

Each class is 1 hour and over 5 weeks will explore: Calm, Flow, Strength, Mobility and Integration.
