An Introduction to Yoga
This "Introduction to Yoga" is a 5-session course designed to help you feel confident in your yoga practice. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your understanding, in a supportive environment, we explore the benefits of yoga for your overall wellbeing and build a strong foundation so you can discover how yoga can support your life on and off the mat.
Each class is 1 hour and over 5 weeks will explore: Calm, Flow, Strength, Mobility and Integration.

Yoga for Sports & Fitness
This 4-session course is designed to support an active lifestyle across a range of sports and fitness by enhancing rest, recovery, and overall performance. Targeted mobility work, breath control, and restorative practices will be guided to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and promote recovery between training sessions.
